My Tacky Bob has finally arrived, along with some other stitchy things. I had to order Paradise Lost by Plum Street Samplers, I first saw this done on Siobhan's blog and knew I had to stitch it. And I ordered the last Christmas Ornaments magazine, I've only ever stitched a few Christmas ornies and one of my goals for this year is to stitch up several.
I've had several people ask me what a Tacky Bob is, so I've taken some pictures of what they look like and how they work. Below is the closed Tacky Bob.
Below is the open Tacky Bob.
Here is the open Tacky Bob with the beads on the sticky part. They don't roll around, they don't fall off, they stay put until you stitck your needle into a bead and gently lift it off.
A Tacky Bob is an stitching essential for me.I hope this has been helpful to those who asked.
Thanks for stopping by and visiting.
