Thank you!!

Well yesterday I was ready to post pictures of another project I am working on when our main computer crashed :(. Hubby has been unable to fix it so we will need to bring it to a computer store to see if they can fix it. I'm worried about all the family pictures we have on there. We've never backed up anything on that computer (dumb of us). So I can't post pictures, neither my little laptop nor my husband's will take a memory card. So I'm down in the dumps about the computer and the fact that I hadn't received but 2 comments on my first post since I've been visiting many blogs. But much to my surprise when I went to post this morning I see that I have TEN comments that need to be published!! TEN!! I thought the comments would come to my email and that's how I would know I had them but they just went to my blog and waited there to be published. So thank you so much for commenting. You have lifted my spirits and your comments were just so lovely. Now I have to figure out how to have them appear through my email to be able to see that I have comments.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I look forward to getting to know you all better and enjoy your stitching. I'm already making a list of things I want to stitch from visiting you all.
Thanks again for making my day!!

So sorry to hear about your computer and your pictures! I am worried about that happening here - we are looking into getting an external hardrive to store our pictures on.

Isn't it exciting to get comments on your blog? Since I am pretty new to having my own blog as well, I get so excited to see that I have comments!

Wishing you and your fmaily a Merry Christmas!

Go to Dashboard/Settings/Comments and down at the very bottom is a spot for you to put an email notification address.

I hope your computer troubles are resolved quickly and with little cost!

Hang in there girl. Sorry to hear of your computer issues. Hopefully you will be able to save your family photos.
I think for every 10 comments about 20 people read and don't so you are doing well. Hang in there. It takes time to build up.

Yikes on the computer issues--while I love blogging and reading blogs, the whole computer thing gives me the willies.
